Teachers and students: Good morning!
Today I'm going to talk about "cultivating civilized habits and being a civilized student".
Let me tell you two examples first:
The first example is: Singapore is an English-speaking country, and most of the slogans in public places in this country are written in English. However, some polite slogans such as "No spitting", "No smoking" and "No trampling on the lawn" are written in Chinese. Why? People answer: Because most of these uncivilized behaviors are tourists from Chinese mainland. To this end, a middle school principal who visited Singapore said earnestly: uncivilized behavior is also a national shame.
The second example is: According to CCTV, chewing gum residue can be seen everywhere in Tiananmen Square after the National Day, which is particularly dazzling. There are 600,000 pieces of chewing gum residue in 400,000 square meters of Tiananmen Square, and in some places there are 9 pieces of chewing gum stains on the ground less than one square meter. The dense scenic spots are in sharp contrast with the sacredness and solemnity of Tiananmen Square.
The above two examples show that everything in civilization is made up of details. Through these details, we can see that civilization still has a certain distance from our country. Therefore, every student should form civilized habits and be a civilized student. Especially for the students of Shiqiao Central Primary School, many of you have become a member of Shiqiao Central Primary School through various channels and efforts. Unfortunately, there are still some uncivilized behaviors around us and some students. For example, we can always see white garbage that is very disharmonious with our beautiful campus on campus and stairs, especially in classrooms and campuses on Saturday and Sunday. Some students even think that there are students on duty to clean up anyway, so why not throw them away? For example, you can see that in the classroom corridor, you make a scene, walk around pushing and shoving, and smash doors and windows at will, and you don't feel bad; For example, some students on campus abuse each other, call names, climb the school fence, flag fence and carport fence at will, and even some students deliberately damage school property. Many of our classmates put the study of cultural knowledge in the first place, often ignoring the cultivation of social morality and civilized habits, which reflects a person's ideological quality in essence. In fact, good behavior habits are the premise to ensure our good study and the foundation to build a healthy personality. Students who have no good behavior habits at school are undisciplined and do not pay attention to hygiene, which disturbs the learning environment of the whole school. On the contrary, if civilized behavior habits are formed, the learning environment is good and orderly. We know that students in a school can only create a good learning environment and create excellent academic performance if they have good civilized behavior habits. Now, we are in the most critical exploration period in our lives. What we do in this period will have a subtle influence on our own psychological quality, and civilized behavior will help us improve our psychological quality and moral quality at the same time. If you don't build your own moral quality at this time, even if you have rich scientific and cultural knowledge, what is the use of people to themselves and society? Therefore, we should be adults first, and then adults. Civilization is the frontier of our quality. With civilization, we have the most precious spiritual wealth in the world.
Numerous examples show that the key to a brilliant career and a successful life is noble sentiment. Representing the future of our nation, we have a lot to learn and inherit. However, the most basic question is, what kind of spirit, what kind of ideological quality and what kind of moral standards should we take over the baton of human civilization. Students, let's play an action and gain a habit; Sow a habit and reap a character; Civilization is placed in an important position in people's minds, and they are always in dialogue with civilization. Don't treat civilized behavior and habits as trifles. Everyone's gestures convey rich information about civilization. Let's start from now on, from ourselves, from small things, develop good civilized habits, be civilized students, mind your mouth and don't spit everywhere; Hold our hands and don't litter; Control our feet and don't trample on flowers and plants. I believe all our teachers and students will strive to build a quiet, orderly campus with a good learning environment. Thank you all.
Be a civilized person.
Teachers and students:
Good morning! The topic of my speech today is "being a civilized person".
I remember someone saying, "It's easier to write than to do. We must constantly think about what I am doing, how I am doing, and what kind of person I want to be. " What kind of person to be, 100 people will have 100 answers, but there is a basic point behind each answer, that is to be a civilized person first.
What is civilization? Civilization is the smile when we meet on the road, the enthusiastic help of our classmates when they are in trouble, the goodwill when we get along with others at ordinary times, the morning greeting when we meet the teacher, the "sorry" when we accidentally bump into each other, the act of consciously putting garbage into the dustbin, and the active stop when we see someone spitting ... Civilization is a quality, a cultivation and a respected and widely respected act.
To be a civilized person, you must be able to use civilized language and do civilized things. Simply put, it is to be polite and reasonable. China is known as the "state of etiquette", and it is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation to be polite to others. Living in a happy era, if we can't inherit and carry forward this fine tradition, we can't really become a happy person. "Good words are warm in three winters, and bad words hurt people in June." Everyone should remember this sentence. Politeness is the easiest thing to do and the most important thing in life. It is more important than the highest wisdom and all knowledge. Politeness can often replace the most precious feelings.
Students, let's wish our life full of civilized flowers under the national flag! Wish ourselves step by step towards civilization!
Be a civilized person and always call! Lifelong pursuit!
Purifying Language and Beautifying Campus
Student:
Today the teacher will talk to you about beautifying the campus. I think some students may be thinking now, beautify the campus? Is our campus beautiful? Look at the campus: the playground is clean and free of scraps of paper, surrounded by green trees and grass, the buildings are uniform, the students are beautiful in red and green, and there are mountains and green waters to hug outside. Who dares to say that our campus is not beautiful? But today, the teacher wants to tell the truth: our campus still has shortcomings and "ugly" things.
So where is this "ugly" hidden?
I said this "ugliness" was hidden in the mouths of some students. Passing by the door of the classroom a few days ago, I heard a classmate singing such a doggerel to each other: (What) It's hard to study, and you have to pay tuition. It is better to join the underworld, have food, drink and have status.
There are worse things below, and I am embarrassed to recite them for everyone. At that time, I returned to the office with a heavy heart and chatted with the teacher about such a thing. Teachers told me that some time ago, there was such a jingle: (What) being a thief in grade one, being a thief in grade two, not chasing beautiful girls in grade three, handsome boys in grade four in pairs, love letters flying all over the sky in grade five, and lovers in grade six in pairs.
What is this? What kind of person made it up? What is the purpose of its fabrication? Have the students thought about such a question? The teacher thought about these questions all night yesterday. Now my answer is very affirmative. What are these words in the first question? I said it was a lie, thinking that there was no such fact, which was pure fabrication. The second question-what kind of person made it up? My answer is: it is made up by people who have no ambition and don't want to study. They just want immediate comfort and enjoyment, with ulterior motives. What about their ulterior motives? -They are terrible at school, and they want more people to follow suit. For example, they fell into the water and were drowning, and they wanted to find more people to drown together. This is their purpose. So students must be careful!
The ancients said: "What you say must be done", that is, a person's language directly reflects his thoughts. Some people say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. I said that language is the mirror of the soul, and what kind of language is what kind of person. If you want to be a civilized student, you must first learn to speak civilized language.
Campus is a place for educating, cultivating and shaping people. Campus should be a beautiful and pure place. We will never allow such uncivilized language to defile our beautiful and pure campus and poison the pure and beautiful hearts of children. Everyone said it, right?
Let's take action and consciously resist the spread of these uncivilized languages. Let's take action, everyone will consciously use polite language.
Let's all use beautiful language to add another beauty to our campus!
