4. Effectively promote the employment of five or more people through entrepreneurship.

Tree selection program

1, recommended by counties.

County-level human and social departments adopt various methods of recommendation, such as excavation by the competent department of entrepreneurship training, recommendation by lecturers of entrepreneurship training, and self-recommendation by entrepreneurs, and widely collect typical deeds of participating in entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial success. After field investigation and verification, it is recommended according to the conditions.

2. Municipal primary election

The municipal people's social department will conduct primary selection of typical recommended counties, and submit the Registration Form of Typical Successful Entrepreneurship Selection of "Malanhua" in Hebei Province to the Provincial People's Social Department, and the electronic version will be submitted to the mailbox.

3. Provincial selection

The Provincial People's Social Welfare Department conducted a typical primary election in each city, and selected 30 people as the successful models of "Malanhua" in Hebei Province in 2002/KLOC-0.

4. Publicity and promotion
