The Guangxi Workers' Labor Skills Competition will give the winners four rewards: political reward, salary reward, achievement reward and honor reward, so as to enhance the political status, economic treatment and social respect of industrial workers and vigorously promote the reform of the construction of industrial workers in the whole region.
