Based on the teaching philosophy of "distinctive schools, distinctive classes and students' specialties", the school has set up a two-year elite chef class to train senior chefs. The school and Jinan University jointly launched the education mode of "skills training+academic certification" and set up the "gold medal chef specialty". While cultivating students' strong practical operation ability, they also learned the management knowledge of catering enterprises, which not only enabled students to acquire professional skills, but also obtained a college degree recognized by the state.
