(1) If you use Zhongwei Yunshitong network monitoring system and log in with Yunshitong account, please check whether the user name and password used when logging in are consistent with the network user name of the device, as shown below.
(2) If you use the local account of Zhongwei Yunshitong network monitoring system to log in, click System Settings after logging in to check whether the network user name and password used are correct, as shown in the figure below.
(3) If you use JNVR, the high-definition monitoring system of Sanovi, and the password is incorrect when connecting, right-click the channel, select Change Channel, and check whether the user name and password used are correct, as shown in the following figure.
2. After the connection is successful, the image is stuck. How to improve quickly?
Answer: (1) Please confirm whether the local mirror is stuck. If the local image is stuck, please check the performance, transmission and parameter settings of your local device.
(2) If the local image is not stuck, but the remote image is stuck = >; If you are using a cloud video communication network monitoring system on your computer, you can try to reduce the bit stream and bit rate of the secondary bit stream of the image card device and the Internet bit stream through remote setting. If allowed, it is best to increase the bandwidth of the network environment where the equipment is located in order to achieve the best monitoring effect.
(3) If you find that the network monitoring system of Yunshitong is connected successfully, it means that yTURN client and equipment have no direct communication, and the monitoring screen is forwarded through our server. Because the server is forwarding key frames, there will be a jam, so you need to improve the network or contact us to open VIP service.
3. Why is it not smooth for the same client to watch multiple channels at the same time?
A: The client needs to download and play multiple videos at the same time, which may be related to the processing power of your client device and the network environment. Improving the performance of client devices and the download bandwidth of the network can significantly improve the fluency.
4. The connection can be successful, but the prompt turns and the image is not satisfactory. What should I do?
Answer: (1) DMZ host settings and port mapping of the router.
A) Log in to the router and enter forwarding rules or virtual servers (different routers are set in different places, here is a common example).
B) setting up the DMZ host and setting and enabling the main IP address;
C) Set the port mapping, and the port number of Yunshitong is 9 10 1.
D) turn on UPNP.
