Three. Qualification for collection of works
This charity event is open to national professional teams, film and television companies, individual studios, teachers and students in colleges and universities, folk originators, video enthusiasts and creative experts. Entries must be original and unpublished works by the contestants themselves or the team. (shooting equipment is not limited)
Fourth, the job requirements
Form: micro-video works (drama needs to be recorded)
Content: Entries must be original, with correct orientation, positive and healthy theme, and abide by national laws and regulations.
Format: network display-the format of the collected works can be mpeg, avi, mov, wmv and rmvb, and the file size should be controlled within1g. Mobile phone client-the format of the collection works is mp4, and the size is limited to 30m.
Duration: a single work is limited to 30 seconds -8 minutes. (Dramatic works are relaxed to 15 minutes) The time limit for the mobile client to show and broadcast works is 5 minutes.
Language: the language of the collected works is not limited.
Subtitles: The portfolio should be provided with simplified Chinese subtitles.
Shooting time: New works shot in recent years.
Quantity: The number of collections per author is limited to 3. Two videos with different formats and different durations should be prepared for the same work, which can be used for online display or mobile client display. Each work should be accompanied by a title picture of 720*405.
The registered authors (including co-producers) must confirm that they have the copyright of the delivered works, and the organizing Committee will not assume any responsibility for the copyright and copyright disputes caused by the works.
During the activity, the entries shall not be authorized to a third party (except authorized partners), and no individual or organization has the right to engage in any commercial activities without the permission of the organizing Committee and the author.
Unless otherwise specified, the Organizing Committee and its cooperative institutions have the right to conduct non-profit activities such as exhibition, publicity and collection in public media for free.
