Brief introduction of Chunhua Lehe
Chunhua Lehe is also called Chunhua Buckwheat Noodles Lehe, or simply Buckwheat Noodles Lehe. Lehe: Correct pronunciation (hé le), local dialect pronunciation (Huólo), is a famous Han pasta in Shaanxi. In ancient times, music and harmony were called "river leakage". In the Yuan Dynasty, Wang Zhen's "Buckwheat in Agricultural Books" said: "There are many kinds of counties behind the northern mountains, which are ground into flour or made into soup cakes, which is called river leakage." Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica also recorded: "Buckwheat can reduce qi and moisten intestines, so it can refine stomach and stagnate intestines, and treat turbid stagnation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, upper qi and other diseases".
