Since ancient times, China has established its country by agriculture, created a long and splendid farming civilization, and has been ahead of the world for a long time. Throughout the ages, agriculture was prosperous and farmers were stable, so the country was unified and the society was stable. When agriculture declines and farmers are unstable, the country will split and society will be in turmoil.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has always insisted on solving the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the top priority of the whole party's work, and regarded tackling poverty as a landmark project to build a well-off society in an all-round way. It has organized and promoted the unprecedented, strongest and most effective fight against poverty in human history, initiated the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and promoted historic achievements and changes in agriculture and rural areas.

As grassroots cadres in party member, it is our responsibility to implement the rural revitalization strategy.
