1. Give yourself a goal. Every time on the first day of school, I ask students to set a goal that they can achieve by jumping high. For example: I'm at grade 55 now, and I'll be in the top 40 in the next exam, and so on. I asked my students to write down their goals. After I collect them, I will bind them into a book. After the results of the next exam are announced, I will give some students who can achieve their goals material rewards, such as a pen and a piece of candy. Let them have a sense of accomplishment after achieving their goals, so that everyone can reflect their own value.
2. Work towards the goal. If you have an empty goal, it will be useless if you don't work hard for it. Every day, every week and every month, we should use philosophical language to inspire students and encourage them to forge ahead towards their goals. It is often said that "everyone wants to improve their academic performance, but if you don't study hard, then your goal will have no future." "If you don't work hard at school today, you will try to find a school tomorrow." "Top students don't play, but study hard." Equal word. In this way, students can always know their position and feel that they should create their own value through learning. Whenever a student's mind is a little slack, I, as a class teacher, will find out in time, have a heart-to-heart talk with them, let them come to my office to see their goals, and let them know their inner impatience at this time. At this point, they will calm down and continue to run towards their goals.
3. Use other people's successful examples to encourage. I have been a class teacher for more than 20 years. Of course, I have taught many students and met all kinds of people, so I can tell my students some successful examples now. Among the students I have taught, there is a student named Zhang Yuanhao, who I took over in 2006 and graduated from junior high school in 2009. When he entered the school, his academic performance ranked more than 200 among 300 students in his grade. After three years of study and the guidance of a series of learning methods, in 2009, he was successfully admitted to Luoyang No.1 Middle School, the best high school in the city. What he can do, so can my students now, so my slogan of encouragement to them is "If he can do it, so can you!" .
4. Improve yourself through comparison. In this world, you will meet all kinds of people and all kinds of things will happen. People and things you meet often make people feel lucky and unlucky. In class learning management, I often use those unfortunate people to study hard after encountering unfortunate things, and finally create lucky legends in misfortune and realize their own life value to inspire students. As a class teacher, I often tell my students that some of these unfortunate people have no hands, some have no legs, some have no health, and some ... How can we healthy people create our own magic without hard work? In this way, by contrast, students feel their own happiness, so as to realize how to make their lives more colorful without learning.
Second, let students know that today's efforts are for future development.
1. Give yourself a value orientation. Learning is a creative thing. Maybe students can't become artists like them and create immortal masterpieces. Maybe students can't become entrepreneurs and create dazzling wealth like them; Maybe students can't become politicians, but they can also achieve impressive results like them. But every student is creating. Together with thousands of Qian Qian people, they have built human beings, society, life and country. On the big stage of life, everyone will have their own value orientation. Like Bill? Gates' value position is estimated at $46.6 billion, Stephen? 2. Stare ahead and keep accumulating. In fact, everyone's value is our knowledge and ability that is useful to society, that is, our ability to create value for society, and our price is the salary that society gives us. Any successful person with high salary comes out step by step and is a process of gradual accumulation. In class management, I often tell my students that in this period, you should set your own price and strive for your own value orientation. Now, you should study hard, do well what a student should do, master the knowledge that a student should master, and lay a solid foundation for your bright future. At the same time, let the students understand a truth: studying hard now is for better development in the future and creating their own life value in society.
After several times of education, the academic performance of my class has been among the best, and the excellent rate, passing rate and average score of the class are higher than those of other classes in the grade. Let students know what they can get from their study, and then go all out to pursue it and realize their perfect life value.
People can't live without studying. It is a way for a person to grow, survive and realize his ideal and ambition. Every bit of learning is accumulated by students.
