A small village north of Chengnanzhuang, Fuping County, Hebei Province. At the turn of spring and summer from 65438 to 0948, the central leading comrades stayed here for several days on their way from Shanxi to Xibaipo Village, Pingshan County, Hebei Province. Chairman Mao and other central leaders went to Xibaipo to hold the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee. The meeting was successfully held from March 5, 1949 to March 3, 1949. This paper discusses the shift of the focus of China's work from rural areas to cities, and puts forward the general task of the Party after the victory. The article starts from three things: Chairman Mao cares about the rice milling people, sends tea to the rice milling people and huashan village helps the people push the rice milling machine, which shows the lofty ideological quality of Chairman Mao's care, love and consideration for the people everywhere.
