April 2, 2023 is the16th World Autism Care Day. This year's theme is: caring for autistic children, caring for and supporting caregivers and professionals of autistic people.
Autism is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder, which is mainly manifested in different degrees of social communication disorder, language development disorder, narrow interest and rigid behavior. In February 2007, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution to designate April 2nd of each year as "World Autism Concern Day" from 2008, in order to raise people's concern about autism and related research and diagnosis, as well as people with autism.
Purpose of World Autism Concern Day
World Autism Concern Day reminds human society that people with autism and ordinary people should respect, understand and care for each other.
