The maintenance department shall ensure the integrity of tools and spare parts needed for emergency maintenance. For the main equipment defects found in the inspection, it is necessary to work out a feasible treatment plan and incorporate it into the monthly production plan in advance. Equipment maintenance should pay attention to process quality requirements, eliminate defects, ensure a thorough treatment, and prevent repeated power outages. Take various measures to comprehensively manage the equipment. All units should comprehensively manage the power transmission and transformation equipment in combination with the spring inspection work to ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of "five noes" after power failure and improve the health level of the equipment.
(3) Strictly implement the maintenance procedures. Implement the whole process management of maintenance work and strictly implement the process standards; Seriously implement the maintenance work standards and process management system; Strict construction procedures and quality acceptance procedures during construction; Strict whole-process management of all overhaul and technical transformation work; After the maintenance is completed, the three-level acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the equipment acceptance standards, and the acceptance signing procedures shall be performed seriously. After the equipment maintenance and acceptance is put into operation, if the inspection fails to reach the first-class standard, the inspection personnel shall be assessed.
(4) Strengthen technical supervision. In the spring inspection, we should make full use of the existing technical supervision and monitoring means to test the equipment. It is necessary to make full use of infrared measurement, chromatographic analysis and other detection methods, strengthen the monitoring of defective equipment, find out the location and nature of equipment defects, and improve the pertinence of equipment power outage maintenance. Regular testing, testing and calibration of the equipment must be completed to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
