(2) To carry out the laws, regulations, standards and systems related to construction projects, and fulfill the obligations and responsibilities stipulated in the entrusted supervision contract of construction projects. (3) Study hard on professional technology and engineering supervision knowledge, and constantly improve business ability to meet the needs of engineering construction and development. (4) Do not undertake supervision business in the name of an individual. (five) shall not be registered in two or more supervision units at the same time to engage in supervision activities, and shall not be part-time in the fields of government and construction, production, material and equipment supply. (6) No contractor, building components, equipment, materials and construction methods shall be designated for the supervision project. (7) Do not accept any gift money from the supervised unit.
