2. Check the pressure gauge at the outlet of the water pump. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the rated working pressure and is stable, gradually open the outlet valve to make the pump work in the rated state as much as possible.
3. After the pump is normally filled with water, move the clutch handle installed by vacuum suction to the "off" position.
4. Check the valve group pressure. The pressure of clean water valve group is about 0.8Mpa, and that of foam valve group is about 1.0Mpa. If the pressure cannot be maintained, the control pressure of pump outlet and reflux valve can be adjusted appropriately.
5, should always check the temperature of the pump and motor bearing, the highest temperature can't exceed 75 degrees, check the working current of the motor should be within the normal range.
6. After stopping the pump, all valves should be restored to normal state according to the requirements of the valve opening and closing state diagram.
7. Move the clutch handle installed by vacuum adsorption to the "off" position, open the air valve, and reset the floating ball assembly, which is in a ready state.
8. If the pressure of the pump reaches 0.8Mpa and immediately returns to about 0.4Mpa, the pump can't be drained normally. At this time, stop the pump immediately, open the air valve to reset the float assembly, and then restart it.
9. Under normal circumstances, one of 1# and 2# stable pumps is in working state, and the other is in standby state.
