There are many integration companies in the market, which are quite active and use various commercial means to seek contracts for intelligent systems. But judging from their technical level, technical support ability, construction, organizational experience and internal quality assurance system, few companies can really be called system integrators. The questions in this regard are:
The self-proclaimed intelligent system integrator is actually just an integrator of a subsystem, or even a product seller. They know little or nothing about architecture, site installation and construction organization. Therefore, it is not well organized and commanded, and even the organization and command is not as good as the subcontractor of the system.
Considering more commercial profits, it is misleading for the owners to share as much as possible in the intelligent system. In terms of system construction, each manufacturer is fragmented and wrangling with each other on the interface, which delays the project.
In order to win the project and cater to the owner's attempt of low investment, the quotation was desperately depressed. With the project, for profit, regardless of quality, the specifications will be reduced.
The products of various manufacturers are called "open", but in fact, due to the consideration of market interests, the degree of openness is limited, which makes it difficult to realize the integrated system or leave hidden dangers for maintenance.
Design aspect
Facing the rapid development of information technology, the design department is not familiar with intelligent products and intelligent design methods, especially in integration, which needs the support and cooperation of domestic product and system integrators.
At present, the focus of intelligent building design is mostly on intelligent system, but not enough on building platform. As a result, the flexibility and adaptability of the building structure are slightly poor, and the installation space, pipelines and wiring of intelligent system equipment are not well considered.
Owners blindly trust overseas design units. In this way, because these units are not experts in intelligent buildings, the cultural level of drawings and design is not necessarily higher than that of domestic design departments, and the cultural background, design methods and construction habits are different, so it is often impossible to implement overseas drawings.
Implementation aspect
(Construction, installation, commissioning and completion) The quality of the construction team is poor, and there is a lack of formally trained and experienced construction personnel. A large number of farmers who have just left the land are responsible for construction and installation, which leads to low installation quality.
The quality of on-site engineering supervisors is poor. Because this is a new business, it needs new and deep knowledge, rich on-site practical experience, good organization and coordination ability, and familiarity with relevant laws and standards. Therefore, it is necessary to retrain the original supervisors, and the college students who just left school are not qualified for supervision for the time being.
The construction organization and management are not perfect, the command and coordination are weak, the construction is wrangling with each other, and the construction efficiency is low.
The total quality management of construction is not paid enough attention, and there are few clear quality control standards or regulations: equipment quality inspection before construction, establishment of control indicators and quality control stop points at various stages of construction, provisions on the content and format of test reports, completion acceptance conditions and related documents.
It is still based on qualitative acceptance, that is, it is tangible. Ignore quantitative acceptance. Only by testing with instruments can hidden dangers be found.
Standardization and administrative multi-head management
From the central government to the local government, the management departments related to intelligent buildings include construction, posts and telecommunications, radio and television, public security and technical supervision. Only when these departments join hands, can we formulate national standards for intelligent buildings, make management work legal and authoritative and operable.
The existing laws, regulations or standards are not complete, and the existing ones are backward. The management of the management department is not strong enough or the management foundation is not enough, which is also closely related to the above two points.
Other propaganda misleads intelligent buildings. For example, the number A is said to be the level of intelligent buildings. For example, a building with integrated wiring is an intelligent building and so on.
Too much emphasis on the role of intelligent systems, while ignoring the reality of China, the cultural background of China, the role of people and so on. The unity of the relationship between information equipment and people is not considered enough.
The functions of consulting, general contracting and general supervision of intelligent building have not been correctly understood, and its system has not been established and has not yet started to operate.
