1. Right-click in the start menu, select Device Manager, open Device Manager and right-click to check whether the serial number is correct;

2. Check your open software to see if any other software occupies this serial port;

3. Plugging and unplugging the serial port hardware again may be a hardware problem.

4. Restart the computer and turn on the software to burn!
