Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 China Ice Hockey Association is a national mass sports organization with independent legal personality, referred to as "China Ice Association" for short.

Article 2 The purpose of China Ice Hockey Association is to unite national ice hockey workers, athletes and activists, implement the sports law, implement the "Olympic glory plan" and the "national fitness plan", mobilize all positive factors, popularize and develop ice hockey in China, improve the technical and tactical level of ice hockey, serve the construction of a sports power, promote the construction of socialist material and spiritual civilization, expand international sports exchanges and enhance the friendship of people all over the world.

Article 3 The China Ice Hockey Association is the only legal organization that represents China in the corresponding international ice hockey activities and the International Ice Hockey Federation.

Article 4 The China Ice Hockey Association is a group member of the All-China Sports Federation and a national sports association recognized by the Chinese Olympic Committee.

Article 5 Abide by the constitution, constitution and relevant rules of the International Ice Hockey Federation, and do well the matters entrusted by it.
