Bureaucratic bourgeoisie: A kind of abnormal capitalism, which shows that capitalists are themselves or have close relations with government officials, take advantage of government privileges rather than the laws of market economy, take high-handed measures, buy low and sell high, dominate the market, and even plunder other capitalists and people directly to accumulate wealth quickly. Their purpose is not to develop the capitalist economy, but simply to make money.
China has different attitudes towards these two different bourgeoisie in different periods: China has always been friendly to the national bourgeoisie. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, China put forward the policy and slogan of uniting the national bourgeoisie; During the War of Liberation, China focused on uniting the national bourgeoisie, supplemented by restrictions; After the founding of New China, China adopted a policy of restriction and peaceful redemption to the national bourgeoisie, making it gradually transition to socialism; After the reform and opening up, China proposed to build a socialist market economy and encourage individuals to do business.
China has a firm attitude towards bureaucratic capitalism: to crack down on bureaucratic capitalism. Bureaucratic capitalism, because of its own characteristics, has no contribution to society and is harmful. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, due to the need of cooperation between the two countries, China did not take a position on bureaucratic capitalism; After the War of Liberation, including the founding of New China, China adopted the attitude of completely eliminating bureaucratic capitalism.
