Early experience

Lei Jiayin was born in tiedong district, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. He dropped out of school and went home before he finished junior high school. Later, an art school in Shenyang came to Anshan to enroll students. His mother advised him to take the model test, so the family came to Shenyang to accompany Lei Jiayin for an interview. While waiting for the interview, actor Lv Xiaohe took a fancy to it and asked him to learn acting.
