Keynote speech on corporate culture
On behalf of the department to attend classes, worried about me, suppressed all night. I wrote this manuscript and didn't win the first prize. I took it to the internet to "publish" it as a consolation and reference.

(Slide 1) Hello, leaders and colleagues! The topic of my speech is "culture lasts forever, and foundation lasts for a hundred years".

(Slide 2) It is a great honor to have such an opportunity to discuss corporate culture with leaders and colleagues. Now many large and small enterprises are talking about corporate culture, so what is corporate culture? What can corporate culture bring to enterprises? This is a question worthy of our discussion.

(Slide 3) In the early days of reform and opening up, we heard such a new term: corporate culture. Many enterprises have established a "corporate culture" in the competition, and many slightly advanced enterprises have done so: they have made corporate labels.

System (VI) has made a lot of brochures, corporate publications and even websites, full of such words-"unite, forge ahead, strive for first-class, and go global!" ; There are also various cultural and sports activities (slide 4). Is this corporate culture? Modern corporate culture theory holds that this is not corporate culture, and this system still stays on "slogan, goal and hope".

(Slide 5) What is modern corporate culture? We will find a phenomenon that employees in different enterprises have completely different styles, including his mental outlook, his working style and even his communication style. (Look at the slide) (Slide 6) This is the result of different corporate cultures.

Family photo of a state-owned enterprise

A group photo of employees of a well-known domestic real estate company.

This is the boss of a company with a state-owned enterprise background, who has always acted as if he had a deep hatred with someone.

This is the owner of a joint-stock company founded by an individual, giving the impression of two words: "entertainment"

It can be seen that different business owners have different personalities, values and cultures, which determine their corporate outlook and corporate culture.

(Slide 7) Culture is a big concept. For an enterprise, enterprise mission, enterprise spirit, business philosophy, employee mental state and humanistic atmosphere are the most important core contents. (slide)

8) The importance of corporate culture is reflected in the thoughts and hearts of its employees, and gradually becomes a behavior habit, which exerts a subtle influence on employees' attitudes and ways of work and life.

(Slide 9) Then we can get a simple formula: corporate culture = employees * * * common values+consciousness, attitude+behavior. (Slide 10)

Modern corporate culture should integrate values into thoughts and behaviors, not slogans. (Slide 1 1) We often see such a situation when watching domestic movies. When the chief reviews, he will say: Hello, comrades! Comrades have worked hard! The deafening cry reminded me: "Hello, Director! Serve the people! " This can be said to be the organizational values of China soldiers. It is precisely because the concept of "serving the people" has been integrated into the soldiers' consciousness and even become a belief that the China People's Liberation Army has won a great victory! Look at the picture, commander Peng, who dares to cross the knife at once! Iron discipline, iron army, firm belief!

(Slide 12) Another example is commerce and service industry. We also have our own company in Zhuo Da. I saw several big characters written on the glass curtain wall on the second floor of the commercial plaza: "Serve customers wholeheartedly"; Furthermore, "consumption is the exchange of love"; T-shirts of employees read: "Go to Zhuo Da for easy shopping". As a retail industry, "service" has become the core content of corporate culture. If our supermarket employees have a strong sense of serving customers wholeheartedly, or even become a belief, then this will become the corporate culture of our business, and customers will only relax if they feel like God!

(Slide 13) The real corporate culture is not empty, but related to products. For example, McDonald's business philosophy is quality (Q), service (S), cleanliness (C) and value (V), and "learn to find happiness at work".
