After the installation is complete, open the IIS console. Expand the site tree on the left, right-click, and then click New Site in Properties. Enter the name of the website and the port number of the browser. The default port is 80, and the default port of IIS is 80. You don't need to bring a port number when accessing IP on port 80. Specify the physical path of the website as the local path of the website. Click Save to create your first website.
