For a large enterprise like Haier, it is suitable. The control of the process can decompose the problem into parts and realize high quality and zero defects. At first, there will be considerable resistance to the management mode of OEC, because it is very difficult to change a person's behavior characteristics, especially the thinking mode. In the past, we advocated that we should only look at the results, not the process. But obviously, in order to get a good result, the process is particularly important, so it is logical to switch to process control. The essence of multinational enterprise management is that there must be a system to supervise and ensure the implementation of an order. Without supervision, there is no implementation.
