Therefore, a new number field is introduced.

According to the regulations, the first four digits of the new number segment are still numbers, and the last digit is letters. The specific number segment of Shenyang is: Liao A plus any four digits plus F, G, H, J, K, etc. , such as "Liao A3456G". Dalian is: Liao B plus four digits plus G, J, K, L, M, etc. , such as "Liao B3456J". In addition, because the license plate utilization rate of other areas and other types of vehicles in the province is far from reaching the standard of 60%, it will not be put into use in new sections for the time being.
