Ba Meng belongs to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Bameng, now called Bayannaoer City, is located in the northern part of the motherland and a new city in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is adjacent to Baotou City and Wulanchabu City in the east, Alashan League in the west, Mongolia in the north, Wuhai and Yikezhao League in the south across the Yellow River. The northern foot of Yinshan Mountain in Bameng is the endless high plains, commonly known as Urad Grassland. Every summer and autumn, there are green grass and flowers in full bloom, cattle, sheep and camels in groups under the blue sky and white clouds, and horses gallop, showing a unique scenery. In particular, Erlang Mountain White Cashmere Goat and Gobi Shuangfeng Red Camel are well-known at home and abroad. White cashmere, known as Snow White and the king of fiber, is favored by foreign businessmen because of its length, fineness and white color. It is a fist product in domestic and foreign markets, and red camel hair is also well-known at home and abroad. With the reform and opening up, animal husbandry production has gradually developed from extensive management to scientific livestock raising and construction.
