"Being sisters" refers to the sister group of the bride, the girls who specialize in creating a hot atmosphere when they get married. For example, when the groom picks up the bride, the sisters generally just want to do something for the groom and the groom's brothers, collect some benefits of opening the door, say something auspicious when the bride toasts and offers tea at the banquet, and so on.
