Our experiment on this subject is mainly divided into three stages. In the first stage, we understand the shortcomings of cooperative learning. The second stage is to implement effective cooperative learning; We held a series of seminars.

Now we enter the third stage, implement effective cooperative learning and promote students to actively carry out research. The results are presented in the form of experimental reports and papers.

First of all, our specific approach:

1, optimize cooperative learning group

(1), form a cooperative group. Establishing cooperative learning group is the premise and foundation of cooperative learning. The grouping principle of cooperative learning is that each group reaches a similar level. When forming a cooperative learning group, we should first respect the students' own wishes, with 4-6 people as a group, and match them according to gender, good academic performance, average and poor, so that students can combine freely first. On this basis, combined with students' interests, hobbies, personality, ability and other factors, a class is rationally allocated to form a number of optimized cooperative learning groups with the same group, different groups and homogeneity. Because I respect students' willingness to combine, I feel relaxed, free and harmonious in cooperative learning. (2), the implementation of grouping naming method. Because there are many groups, it is not convenient to call and distinguish, so we realize the method of group naming. 2. Cultivate cooperative learning team leader.

Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in China, once pointed out: "The best teacher for children is not me or you, but the most progressive child in the children's team!" Therefore, in the experiment of guiding cooperative learning, we attach importance to the selection and training of group leaders.
