The specific policies are as follows:

First, the registration method. The recruitment of female soldiers relies on the online registration system opened by the conscription office of the Ministry of National Defense. The website is: young women who are enlisted in the army can log in to the system by themselves and go through the registration procedures as required. Second, the collection object. The collection targets are ordinary high school graduates and full-time ordinary college graduates and students. Under the same conditions, give priority to recruiting high school graduates and freshmen; Five-year college graduates and students studying in general higher education, and students who sign up for adult education, various non-academic education, training or self-taught colleges after graduation from high school can be recruited if they meet the recruitment conditions; Children of martyrs, brothers and sisters, children of active cadres in the army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) and eligible children are preferred.

Third, the conditions for collection. Age conditions: the graduates of ordinary high schools should be above 17 to 19 (1993 1 to 1995 12 3 1), and the number of students in ordinary colleges and universities should be relaxed to 20.
