Gao yang cun is located in a cold village in the north of Long Yin town, with a land area of 28.3 square kilometers. Jurisdiction 15 villagers' groups, 59 1 household, with 2876 people, is a village inhabited by ethnic minorities. There are 59 party member in the village, including 4 female party member. 2580 mu of arable land, including paddy field 1260 mu and dry land 1320 mu.
