Hello everyone! Here, I am honored to speak on behalf of the activists of the 30th Party Congress. It has been said that "pursuing Excellence through innovation" means pursuing Excellence through innovation, which seems to be true on the surface. But as college students in the new era, we should have a deeper understanding of "innovation and excellence". In fact, the key point of "striving for Excellence" is not the first and the best, but the process of "striving for Excellence", that is to say, the value of "striving for Excellence" should not focus on the advanced and the best that are finally won. Generally speaking, "striving for Excellence" is a means and motivation to encourage builders of various undertakings of socialist modernization to continue to forge ahead courageously, and it is also an encouragement to builders who have outstanding performance and outstanding work performance in socialist modernization. Therefore, for the builders of various undertakings of socialist modernization, winning various honorary titles in the activity of "striving for Excellence first" is not only the affirmation of their work achievements in the past period of time by superior leaders and the people, but also the spur to continue to do a good job in the next stage. It is the basic requirement of the great cause of the Party to always maintain the advanced nature of itself and party member. The pursuit of outstanding development is the fundamental measure to meet this basic demand. Just like the successful ideological education and work style rectification in the history of our party, we have reason to believe that this activity will surely make the grass-roots party organizations in our county more United and more fighting. There is no doubt that striving for excellence requires Party organizations at all levels and party member to fully mobilize and give full play to their inherent subjective initiative, so that all positive factors conducive to the healthy development of society can be generated in competition, so that seizing every minute, doing great things and achieving good results will become the mainstream. The pursuit of Excellence depends on seeking the responsibility of your own government in its position. Is to respond to the call, actively create, take the initiative to fight, and do it in a down-to-earth manner. This is a test of the party spirit of every leading cadre in party member, party member. To carry out the activity of "Striving for Excellence" on university campus objectively requires every college student and members of our grass-roots party organizations to have a good mentality of "not being afraid of hardship". We should understand that "advanced" and "excellent" are not created out of nothing, but created through our own continuous efforts. Only individuals and groups who have really worked hard and sweated in practical work can finally get the honorary titles of "advanced" and "excellent". So they can't be "advanced" if they are afraid of hardship and fatigue, and they can't be "excellent" in the face of difficulties. What about "advanced" and "excellent"? The answer is simple, that is, don't be afraid of difficulties in practical work, face them, think seriously and do things practically. First, throw away the "dragonfly water" style. Whether striving for Excellence can be further promoted, solid and effective, and institutional constraints are a big guarantee. It is necessary to establish a scientific system, strengthen the guidance and supervision of all aspects of activities, prevent the floating style of "skimming water" and the wrong practice of doing nothing, and ensure the pragmatic development of the activities of striving for Excellence with system construction. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism, announce the progress of activities in a timely manner, take the initiative to accept everyone's supervision, constantly improve the content and methods of activities, and create excellence in service and supervision. Secondly, multiply by the effect of "letting a hundred flowers blossom". Excellence, as the name implies, creates advanced and pursues Excellence. To carry out activities, we should take typical training as one of the key points of striving for Excellence, cultivate a group of advanced individuals, create a group of innovative achievements of grass-roots party building, publicize and promote them in an all-round, multi-angle and continuous way, drive a group of outstanding ones with one highlight, and drive the whole innovation with one innovation, so that grass-roots party organizations and schools in party member can set an example, have a direction and have a goal. Let the advanced be more advanced, let the backward rise to challenge and let the latter catch up, so as to realize more flowers and a hundred flowers in one area. Finally, remove the "one size fits all" model. The responsibility of grass-roots party organizations is different from that of party member. If thousands of departments speak with one voice and thousands of people carry out activities, they will not only fall into a dogmatic framework. According to the principle of being conducive to the activities of Party organizations and party member's participation in activities, we should design theme activities with distinctive features and strong practicality for different departments and fields, without copying and sticking to the rules, so as to prevent "one face" and "one model" from producing results, and strive to create characteristics and images in the competition for Excellence, and achieve the same effect as the actual results. As an activist who joined the Thirty Party in China, in order to actively respond to the call of "striving for excellence" and carry out the social practice of "I contribute to the Asian Games", I have the following three suggestions. First, serve the Asian Games and strive to be excellent volunteers. There are many Asian Games volunteers in Guangwai, including party member, one of our grassroots party organizations, who is preparing for party member and joining the Party. The task of volunteers is not only to complete their own post work, but also to carry the responsibility of language communication and cultural exchange. The process of volunteers serving customers is also a process of promoting a nation and country, peace, friendship and mutual assistance to customers. As a member of grass-roots party organizations, we certainly have the obligation to base ourselves on the Asian Games, strive to be outstanding volunteers, play a vanguard and exemplary role in party organizations, and establish a good image of the country and the school. Second, spread the Asian Games and strive to be excellent propagandists. Around the Asian Games, there are many activities that need to be carried out, and publicity work is of course indispensable, such as conducting Asian Games knowledge publicity activities in the surrounding communities in the form of questions and answers with prizes. Party member is required to explain the knowledge of the Asian Games to the society, mainly including its origin, ideas and slogans, so as to create a warm atmosphere and send the Asian Games to the broad masses of the people. Third, maintain the Asian Games and strive to be an excellent coordinator. As the location of many Asian Games venues, our university town needs to hold many important competitions. In addition to excellent facilities and perfect security work, traffic work can not be ignored. As members of college students' grass-roots party organizations, they should take the initiative to assist the transportation departments and staff, do a good job in transportation assistance, and maintain safe, punctual and smooth traffic for the Asian Games. Maintaining the Asian Games, striving to be excellent traffic assistants, giving full play to the advantages of our college students, guiding foreign guests at traffic hubs and coordinating passers-by and vehicles at traffic lights are also a way to contribute to the Asian Games. Therefore, I think it is an important measure to take an active part in "I contribute to the Asian Games", give full play to party member's role as a strong fortress and test our advanced party spirit in response to the call of the Party Committee and in combination with the Asian Games.
