Access is to access the files inside. You still want to connect to the server.

If there is only one website in the server, it can be accessed through IP and folder path.

There is also an account number and password. If it is an FTP account and password, you can read it with FTP software such as CUTEFTP.

If it is the user name and password of the server login, it is relatively simple. Just log in to the server and have a look.
