"There are always people who are busier than you in fitness."
I pass this gym every day and am inspired by this slogan every day.
Yes, how many friends in life use busyness as an excuse to ignore health and fitness. Actually, being busy is also an excuse. If you realize the importance of fitness, no matter how busy you are, you will find time to exercise. After all, the body is your own. If you perfunctory him, you will eventually be perfunctory by him, and it is inevitable that you will find yourself sick.
I think I have been insisting on yoga before bed for more than a year. For more than a year, I have been doing yoga stretching every day for 20 minutes to half an hour. At first, my joints were stiff and many movements were not in place, but I was in no hurry. I firmly believe that as long as I keep doing it, my flexibility will get better and better. I have read many reports that many old people in ancient times started to exercise at the age of 70 or 80, and they also became yoga experts. I'm still young, why not?
After more than a year of yoga practice, I obviously feel my own changes: my body has become more flexible, my figure has become better than before, and my poor sleep has also improved: I sleep better every time I finish yoga. These physical improvements, in turn, made me more determined to do yoga, because I really tasted the sweetness. Now, if you don't do yoga every other day or two, you always feel uncomfortable and stiff.
Of course, there have also been laziness and slack in this process. Sometimes, I really want to fall asleep and don't want to exercise. But in the end, I overcame myself stubbornly, because I knew that if I relaxed, it would mean giving up all my previous efforts. There are not many things that people can really persist in this life, so take yoga as a course of their own practice. Stick to it and you will always get the Tao.
I once read an article "Beautiful women are vicious characters", which means that those outstanding women in life have actually made many times more efforts than ordinary people to become better themselves. I dare not say how excellent I am, but I firmly believe that as long as I can persist in doing one thing well, I can always get one step closer to my best self!
Persisting in doing one thing is the best practice, whether it is reading or fitness. Every success begins with strict self-discipline. Throw away all kinds of flimsy excuses. May you and I become better on the road of persistence!
