The center set up the Party Working Committee and Management Committee, with the executive deputy mayor of the municipal government concurrently serving as the secretary and director of the Working Committee, the deputy secretary-general of the municipal government concurrently serving as the deputy secretary and executive director of the Working Committee, and the deputy secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the director of the Supervision Bureau concurrently serving as the deputy secretary of the Working Committee. With the function of administrative examination and approval, relevant municipal administrative departments, institutions and important intermediaries set up service windows in the center. The Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision set up a complaint acceptance center in the center.
As an agency of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, the center's main responsibility is to manage, supervise, coordinate and provide services for administrative activities such as administrative licensing and administrative examination and approval by government departments, and play an exemplary role in promoting the openness of government affairs, improving administrative efficiency and exploring the construction of a service-oriented government. At the same time, the county administrative service center for business guidance, work coordination and service supervision.
At present, the center has three departments, namely, the General Management Department, the Supervision Department and the Government Affairs Publicity Department, and the Party Committee, with1person for managers and1person for window staff.
