Four meetings: use fire-fighting equipment, report fires, put out initial fires, and organize evacuation and escape. Don't let go.

The person responsible for the accident and the surrounding people are not educated;
Feasible corrective measures for the accident have not been implemented.
Five understandings: understand the production process, technical principles, equipment structure, hazardous characteristics and post emergency. Fifth meeting: safety responsibility should meet the standard; Familiar with operating procedures; Should meet the post risk; Precautions should be met; Emergency response meeting.
Five types of teams and groups: learning, safety, cleanliness, economy and harmony.
Six prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden for special operators to operate at their posts without valid operation certificates;
It is forbidden to operate in violation of operating rules;
It is forbidden to engage in dangerous operations without a ticket;
It is forbidden to leave the post, sleep in the post and take up the post after drinking; It is strictly forbidden to transport explosives, radioactive sources and dangerous chemicals in violation of regulations;
It is forbidden to direct or force others to operate illegally.
Nine principles
1, any decision must give priority to the health and safety environment.
2. Safety is a necessary condition for employment.
3. Enterprises must provide health, safety and environmental training to employees.
4. Managers at all levels are responsible for HSE work within their business scope.
5. Managers at all levels must personally participate in HSE audit.
6. Employees must participate in job hazard identification and risk control.
7, hidden dangers of accidents must be timely rectification.
8. All accidents must be reported, analyzed and handled in time.
9. The contractor manages and implements unified HSE standards.
