Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1: Association name: Anhui Piano Association (English name and abbreviation: Anhui Piano Association (P.A.O.A.H.P)).
Article 2: Nature of the Association: Anhui Piano Association is an academic mass organization specializing in piano teaching and performance under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Culture.
Article 3 Purpose of the Association: Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, abide by moral fashion, adhere to the Party's literary and artistic policies, strive to popularize and improve the artistic level of piano teaching and performance in Anhui, carry out exchanges and discussions on piano art and technology, expand the influence and contact of the Association in all walks of life, and promote the development of piano and music in Anhui. Strengthen exchanges inside and outside the province and make contributions to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the prosperity of socialist cultural undertakings.
Article 4: Anhui Piano Association accepts the professional guidance, supervision and management of the Provincial Department of Culture and the Association Registration Management Office of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department.
Article 5: Office Address: 3rd Floor, No.276 Changjiang Middle Road, Hefei, Anhui.
Chapter II Scope of Business
Article 6: The business scope of Anhui Piano Association:
(1) Organize members of the Association to hold academic discussions on piano teaching and performance.
(2) hold piano lectures and other academic activities from time to time, and organize various piano competitions.
(three) regular amateur piano grade examination and piano teacher training.
(4) Establish contact with piano associations outside the province to promote academic exchanges and enjoy resources.
(five) according to the conditions of membership development, and constantly expand the scale of the organization.
(six) the construction of professional website, smooth information channels.
Chapter III Members
Article 7: Members of this Association are individual members.
Article 8: Those who can abide by the articles of association and meet one of the following conditions shall apply by themselves, and the letters of introduction of members (two persons) shall become members of the Association after being approved by the Council of the Association.
(a) engaged in professional and amateur piano teaching for more than three years, with certain influence and achievements.
(two) engaged in piano playing (accompaniment) has a certain level of influence.
(3) Honorary members and supporters of associations and organizers that have made certain contributions to piano education, such as Andhadhun and Musical Instruments.
Article 9 The procedures for joining the club are as follows:
(1) submitting an application for membership;
(two) discussed and approved by the office meeting of the association.
Article 10 Member rights:
The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;
(two) to participate in various activities of the association; (three) the priority of obtaining the service of this association;
(four) have the right to suggest, criticize and supervise the work of the association;
(5) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal;
Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:
(a) To implement the resolutions of this Council;
(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this association;
(3) Abide by the articles of association and complete the tasks assigned by the association;
(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;
(five) to reflect the situation to the association and provide relevant information.
Article 12 A member who withdraws from the meeting shall notify the Association in writing and return his membership card. Members who do not pay fees or participate in association activities for three consecutive years will automatically quit.
Thirteenth members who seriously violate the articles of association shall be dismissed by voting at the presidium meeting and reporting to the Council.
Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons
Article 14 The highest authority of this Association is the members' congress, and its functions and powers are:
(a) to formulate and amend the articles of association;
(2) Election of directors;
(three) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council;
(4) Deciding to terminate.
(5) Deciding on other major matters.
Fifteenth members' congress can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives present vote.
Article 16 The general meeting of members shall be held every four years.
Article 17 The Council is the executive body of the general meeting of members, which carries out its work through the presidium during the intersessional period and is responsible to the general meeting of members.
Article 18 The functions and powers of the Council are:
(a) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress;
(2) Electing the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General;
(three) to prepare for the convening of the members' congress;
(four) to consider the work report and financial situation of the presidium or the secretary general;
(five) to lead the work of this group;
(six) to formulate internal management system;
(seven) to decide on other major issues.
Article 19 The presidium of the Association consists of the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary-general, and important resolutions of the Association must be discussed and adopted by the presidium.
Article 20 The Council shall convene a meeting at least once a year, and it may also be convened by means of communication under special circumstances.
Twenty-first meetings of the presidium shall be held at least once a year. Under special circumstances, communication mode or irregular meeting can be adopted according to needs.
Article 22 The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of this Association must meet the following conditions:
(a) adhere to the party's line, principles and policies and good political quality;
(2) It has great influence in the business field of the Association;
(3) The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Association are under 70 years old, and their terms of office may be appropriately extended if they are in good health due to work needs;
(4) Being in good health and able to stick to normal work;
(5) Having full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 23 The Secretary-General of this Association is the legal representative of this Association. The legal representative of this Association shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other social organizations.
Article 24 The President of this Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(1) Convening and presiding over meetings of the Council and the Presidium;
(two) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congress, the Council and the presidium;
(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association.
Article 25 The functions and powers of the Secretary-General of this Association are as follows:
(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan;
(two) under the leadership of the presidium, the implementation of community management regulations, important activities, financial management and other matters;
(3) Nominating the Deputy Secretary-General and office staff;
(4) Handle other daily affairs.
Article 26 The term of office of the President, Vice-President and Secretary-General of this Association is four years. (The term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General shall not exceed two terms. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it shall be approved by more than two-thirds of the members (or member representatives) of the general meeting, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the registration authority of the association before taking office.
Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use
Twenty-seventh sources of funds of this Association:
(1) membership fees;
(2) donation;
(3) government funding;
(4) Income from activities or services provided within the approved business scope;
(5) Other lawful income.
Article 28 the association collects membership fees in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Article 29 the funds of this association must be used for the business scope and career development stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.
Article 30 An association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Article 31 The asset management of this Association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the members' congress and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to state grants or social donations or subsidies, it must accept the supervision of audit institutions and publish relevant information to members in an appropriate way.
Thirty-second before the association changes its term of office and changes its legal representative, it must accept the financial audit organized by the registration authority and the competent business unit of the association.
Article 33 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this Association.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 34 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Association.
Article 35 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the association registration authority.
