The full name of Bashu Chamber of Commerce is Bashu Cultural Exchange Association, and the English name is Bashu Culture Exchange Association, or BCEA for short. The slogan of the association is "Understand and promote Bashu culture, starting with BCEA". The Bashu Cultural Exchange Association (BCEA) was initiated by a Sichuan-Chongqing student in Nanling Campus of Jilin University at the end of 2009, and organized a group of Sichuan-Chongqing students who loved Bashu culture to start planning and preparation. The original intention was to promote Bashu culture, an important part of China traditional culture.
