Yang Feng, deputy director of the Engineering Department under the 12th Bureau of China Railway, introduced that the Su-Chu High-tech Zone Bridge 17-20# pier of Chu-Ning Intercity Railway, with a total length of150m, is located at the intersection of Huizhou Road and Shuangcheng Road, and is constructed by cantilever hanging basket. According to the design requirements, the closure sequence is that the side spans the closure first, and then the middle spans the closure. After completing the construction of hanging basket suspension pouring section and beam side span straight section, the construction of closing section will be carried out.
As the last beam section of the beam, the closure section is also the difficulty of bridge construction and the key to continuous beam construction. Including linear control, stress control, system conversion, closure accuracy, box girder temperature expansion and so on.
After optimization of many schemes, the project department of China Railway 12th Bureau decided to adopt bracket construction for side span closure and hanging basket construction for middle span closure.
Facing the technical difficulty and high safety risk of the first continuous beam closure, the project department of China Railway 12th Bureau adopted the "one, two, three measures and four carriers" working method.
"One" is to firmly establish the purpose of ensuring the safety and health of construction personnel;
"Second" is to start from the source, pay attention to process management, on the one hand, continuously improve the ideological understanding of workers involved in construction, on the other hand, continuously strengthen the service quality of on-site safety management;
"Three" means adhering to three measures: strengthening the safety education of employees and reasonably adjusting the on-site operation time.
"Fourth" is to effectively rely on the four carriers of the party and government trade unions, establish platforms such as youth safety supervision and inspection posts, youth commandos and labor protection inspectors, optimize the allocation of resources of all parties, and pay attention to the safety production management.
Through the "1234" working method, the smooth implementation of the first continuous beam closure of Suzhou-Zhuhai High-tech Zone Bridge was ensured. The closure of cast-in-place continuous beams will accumulate valuable experience for large-scale continuous beam construction in the future.
The whole line is scheduled to be put into trial operation on June 28, 2022.

The total length of the line is 54.4 kilometers, with 6 stations 16, including 3 underground stations and 3 elevated stations 13.
Chu-Ning intercity railway is the first inter-provincial intercity railway built by PPP mode in China, with a total investment of about 654.38+065 billion yuan, with a total length of about 46.5 kilometers in Chu and 8.2 kilometers in Ning.
Chuzhou section of Chu-Ning intercity railway will be built in two phases.
Phase I project: Youyi Road Station-Suchu Industrial Park Station-Demonstration Park Station-Lai 'an South Station-Related North Station-Related Town Station-Chahe New Town Station-Chahe Town Station.
Phase II project: Chuzhou high-speed railway station-Chuyang Road South Station-Technical College Station-Longpan Avenue Station-Municipal Government Station-Fengyang North Road Station.
South section of Chuning Beijing: Beidou Industrial Park Station-Nanjing North Station.
Chu-Ning intercity railway can effectively promote the urbanization of Ning-Chu and strengthen the connection between Yangtze River Delta and Wanjiang city belt. It will be more convenient for Nanjing citizens to travel to and from Chuzhou. At the same time, unlike the closure of the expressway, there will be many stations along the intercity rail, which will make the subway line S4 transport people for the stations along the line and drive the consumption and economic development along the line.
After it is completed and opened to traffic, it takes only 40 minutes to get to Chuzhou from Nanjing Jiangbei New District, which will further improve the comprehensive transportation network in Chuzhou, optimize the transportation structure, strengthen the connection between Chuzhou and Nanjing, promote the integrated development of Nanjing and Chuzhou, improve the quality of Chuzhou city and truly realize the integration of the two cities.

The investment mode of the first phase project of Chuzhou section of Chu-Ning intercity railway is PPP mode and BOT operation mode is adopted. The construction period of the project is 3.5 years and the operation period is 26.5 years.
At present, the second phase of the project is also under construction, and it is planned to open for trial operation on June 28, 2022.
