Tips:
1. Issuers need to meet the following conditions when issuing a love card: the account has completed real-name authentication, the account status is normal, the payment function is turned on normally, and the payment password has been set.
2. The card issuer can send a love card to five accounts at most, and each account can only send one love card. The donor's account and the recipient's account cannot be the same Alipay account.
