What materials are needed for EIA:

1, the registration form for environmental review of construction projects approved by the environmental protection department;

2 business license of enterprise legal person (copy), project site selection opinion or land use certificate;

3, the project feasibility study report;

4, the project layout (with scale), renderings;

5. If there is no (pre-) feasibility study report, or there is a feasibility study report, but the following information is not available, it needs to be supplemented: ① Project name, construction scale (population, number of households), project location, nature and category; (2) The duration, commencement date and completion date of the project construction period; (3) total investment, installment investment, telephone, fax and construction contact; Maximum hourly and annual consumption of water, electricity and heating for the project; The destination of solid waste after the completion of the project;

7. The location, scale and size of the pump house in the project.
