It goes all the way along Bahe River, which is a special tourist line specially planned and built for Xi citizens, and ends at Lantian Zishui Park. The section from Huidong Village to Xuejiahe Village is an elevated track, and the other sections are underground tracks.

The new version of the urban rail transit network planning in the core area of Guanzhong urban agglomeration, Xi 'an subway * * * plans 24 subway lines = 16 general lines +8 express lines. Among them, Xi Metro Line 23 is the starting point of Yuanshuo Road and the end point of Lantian Zishui Park.
