According to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, starting from 1999, the South China Sea also began to implement the summer fishing moratorium system. In other words, China has implemented a comprehensive summer fishing moratorium in the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea.
