There are four backbone teachers in our teaching and research group, namely 1 national vocational college teacher, 1 Wuxi teaching rookie, 1 Huishan teaching expert, 1 Huishan teaching rookie. They are the backbone of our group. Therefore, to give full play to the leading role of demonstration, we should arrange key teachers in the group every semester.

Stimulating teachers' learning by using scientific research projects is also an important way to improve teachers' professional quality. In the past two years, the teaching and research group has many topics. Teacher Xu Yiqing presided over the provincial project "Practice and Research on Talent Training Mode of Work-integrated Learning", teacher Qiang presided over the provincial project "Research on Curriculum Development and Implementation of Electrical Control and PLC Project", teacher Cai Yan presided over the school-level project "Research on Cross Beam Pre-leveling System of Gantry Machining Center" and teacher Xiao Manyun presided over the school-level project "Research on Grid-connected Inverter of Photovoltaic Display Based on DSP". 5 Always embody humanistic care

For a long time, people have paid more attention to teachers' professional development, but neglected their own growth, especially today when teachers' professional development is emphasized.

There are 8 young teachers in this group who have worked for less than 5 years, accounting for 47%. These teachers are generally class teachers. Because they are young, have little work experience and have closed management, our school has more constraints on students. Vocational school students have distinct personalities and are difficult to manage. Some teachers even have psychological problems. I think it is far from enough to improve the economic status of teachers. They also deserve more humanistic care. This kind of humanistic care is more important than improving their material treatment. We need to walk into their real life, into their inner world, actively communicate with them, exchange ideas, and strive to solve their ideological problems and problems in real work life. In my spare time, I often discuss family, marriage, children, health and other life issues with the teachers in the group. Usually listen to the teacher's voice and complaints, and get to know the teachers in the group. Teachers should comfort more when problems arise, encourage more when setbacks occur, and empathize with people with different opinions. When the teaching and research group has a task, I take the lead as a team leader. Whether it is a concentrated teaching week, a quality course construction or an open class, I always struggle with teachers, pay attention to fairness in work distribution, and respect the differences and unique values of teachers' individual development.

With my meager strength, give the teacher some humanistic care. The purpose of humanistic care is to "help others and help themselves" and make people realize "complete existence"; Can consciously self-regulate and control the living environment and the subject itself.
