And deeply realize that the relationship between leadership style and economic development is closely related. For example, in a county of our city, some foreign businessmen took a fancy to the geographical environment of the county and came to negotiate. The local government put forward some conditions that investors could not accept. In the end, the investors chose neighboring counties to negotiate, and neighboring counties provided investors with good government services. On the contrary, a small businessman from other provinces went to a city to discuss investment, and a city gave loose policies and government services. Businessmen developed rapidly and went back to their hometown to publicize vigorously. Third, think of yourself as a waiter of the people. For the grass-roots civil servants in our tax department, we should act according to both objective laws and rules. Fourth, the overall situation of the station. Don't position yourself with ordinary staff at ordinary times, stand at the height of the overall situation and have a sense of height.
