In other words, the universal implication of the new emblem and the value of the Paralympic Games have reached a perfect unity, and the emblem vividly shows the harmonious state of these two concepts. Similarly, three colors, green, blue and red, were chosen in the design of the emblem, which are also the colors in the emblem of the International Paralympic Committee. Combined with the image and value of the Paralympic Games in Turin, the emblem reinterprets these three colors: blue is the color of ice and snow, which has long represented Italian sports in the world sports; Green symbolizes nature and picturesque scenery in Italy; Red is the color of passion and the best expression of the vitality, enthusiasm and perseverance of Paralympic athletes.
