Housing lease refers to the allocation of a set of housing to families with special difficulties such as orphans, the elderly, the sick and the disabled who meet the conditions of low-rent housing security and other low-income families with housing difficulties in urgent need of assistance, and the rent is charged according to the standards set by the government. Article 7 The municipal land and real estate department shall, according to a certain proportion of the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the per capita housing construction area published by the municipal statistics department, and in combination with the level of urban economic development and housing prices, formulate income standards and housing difficulties standards for low-rent housing security targets, and announce them to the public after approval by the Municipal People's Government. Eighth low-cost housing security standards are determined according to the following provisions:
