First, establish the spirit of fighting with the attitude of being a master. Laundry is one of the departments of housekeeping department, which undertakes and ensures the cleanliness and normal delivery of linen on floors and restaurants, and also shoulders the task of cleaning tooling for a large number of employees and management. Therefore, we should not be afraid of hardship and fatigue, but dare to meet challenges, and don't wait, lean, retreat or push. Entering 65438+February, Christmas, New Year's Day and other festivals come one after another, and the occupancy rate of our hotel is getting higher and higher, which is the result of the hotel's expanding publicity and increasing influence. Therefore, due to the increase of occupancy rate of our laundry room under the overall planning of the hotel, our laundry task will become heavier and heavier, but we are not afraid of being dirty or tired. We will clean and iron the dirty linen removed from floors and restaurants in time with good quality and quantity, and do not hesitate to work overtime. Return to all departments on time, so as to change guests in time and ensure that the linen used by every guest who comes to our hotel for consumption has been disinfected at high temperature.
The second is to further establish a sense of saving with the attitude of being a master. The laundry staff have regarded themselves as the owners of the hotel, but this is not enough. They should also establish the concept of taking the store as their home. Starting from saving a drop of water and electricity, except for guests' use, turn off the lights when people leave, turn off the water pipes in time when they are used up, pay attention to maintaining various facilities and equipment at ordinary times, and report for repairs in time when problems are found, so as not to waste energy in the hotel because of unattended management. The laundry room can wash guests' shirts and small items by hand, saving water and electricity and reducing costs.
The third is to strengthen the training and learning of business skills with the attitude of being a master. Focus on the following standards and processes: wet washing, dry cleaning, ironing, guest clothes receiving and dispatching, service keeper and sewing worker, cloth room.
Fourth, as a host, in front of leaders and colleagues, I put forward several requirements for the staff of our laundry department: it is forbidden to receive visitors in the laundry room; It is forbidden to bring personal belongings into washing; It is forbidden to take clothes out of the laundry room without permission; Must keep the site clean, and do a good job of sterilization, disinfection and cleaning every day.
