Through forums, paper reviews, and visits to schools and enterprises, I believe that all of you here have experienced a concentrated process of policy guidance, technology promotion, action research, case demonstration, optimization scheme and radiation impact. This experience has made us more clear about the respective responsibilities and interfaces of the educational equipment management department, the front line of education and teaching, and the educational equipment production enterprises: what should we do and how to do it.
What should we do?
In terms of macro-policy, although the core education concepts are different in different parts of the country, the goal is the same, that is, how to make our education serve the construction of a strong country with talents and how to provide fair development opportunities for every group of children. If we can't achieve these goals in the past because of the limitation of objective conditions such as funds, talents and technology, we firmly believe that the development of contemporary educational technology can provide objective conditions for the reform of our education and teaching methods through three days of full communication and numerous information feedback. In other words, both teaching and learning may restore their agility and charm. Our educational technology and equipment are no longer just a condition guarantee, but a powerful driving force, so what we should do is very clear.
To put it simply, at present, our educational equipment department should focus on the overall development goal of "standards and characteristics are diversified and compatible, and appropriately meet the internal needs of the development of each student group", pay attention to the comprehensive and in-depth integration of modern information technology with education, teaching and education management, actively do a good job in the overall planning and top-level design of regional educational equipment, and do a good job in our public service and technical management.
In the front line of education and teaching, we should further strengthen action research, strengthen the exploration and research on the case of "learning with technology", provide vivid cases for the optimization and reform of education and teaching methods, and provide experience for promoting overall development.
Chinese enterprises should actively participate in the development and application of high-quality digital educational resources under the guidance of the government, build an information-based learning and teaching environment, and serve the reform and development of education.
What should we do?
The three-day forum provided us with many vivid cases for reference. Objectively speaking, from the discussion topics and papers submitted for consideration, this forum as a whole presents three highlights.
First of all, be ambitious.
A total of 299 papers were received in this forum, of which 3 1 was selected by the organizing committee. Generally speaking, these 365,438+0 papers are closely related to the background of the current Internet era, based on China's educational development reform and development plan, and focused on the international synchronous development vision. The topic is either about the construction of our digital campus or about the laboratory construction around the ten-year development plan of educational informatization (2065,438+065,438+0-2020). Or around the "lifelong development of students" to promote the healthy development of students' body and mind, from the perspective of fair and balanced development of education, it is very high-minded to talk about the standardization of educational equipment, the construction of library culture and the performance management of urban and rural areas.
For example, the excellent paper "Infiltration of General Education-Win-Win Practice and Research" read at the forum, based on the diversified and intelligent development of student groups and the happiness of students' lifelong career, explored and studied a new field of serving students in general education from training centers, and achieved breakthrough results from rich curriculum setting to resource utilization efficiency, and then to the development of student groups. It will become an efficient platform for cultivating students' innovative literacy, diversification and intelligent development, so that every student who participates in this project can find a future road suitable for their own development in the critical period of professional cognition, so that the high funds invested by the government can make the best use of it and achieve win-win results for all parties.
Another example is the report "Laboratory construction promotes the balanced development of regional basic education" in the sub-forum, which studies the ways and methods of using information technology to realize the balanced development of urban and rural educational resources from both theoretical and practical aspects. The content of the paper is informative and the structure is rigorous, which provides policy and technical suggestions for narrowing the gap between urban and rural educational resources and has great practical value. We are glad to see that the enjoyment of high-quality resources under the condition of educational informationization makes the balanced development of urban and rural education no longer stay on the slogan, but become an achievable goal.
Second, focus on relevance.
I believe all the guests here have fully realized that from the development trend of educational equipment technology, high-quality teaching equipment is not only to provide services for effective teaching, but also to cultivate students' scientific literacy and innovation ability. However, the newer the equipment, the better, the more the better. The combination with the curriculum and the development of teachers and students are the key.

As an innovation laboratory for middle school students, the embedded system laboratory has three functions:

Because the computers needed for development don't have high requirements on configuration, as long as they can run Windows operating system, some obsolete computers can, which is very popular with schools. The experimental device used by students is a self-developed product with low cost and good economic benefit.
② Effective combination of innovative education and quality education. Students like this course very much because it is challenging and interesting and adopts task-driven teaching method. Pay attention to the improvement of students' technical literacy and the cultivation of innovative ability in teaching, so as to effectively combine innovative education with quality education.
Third, rich in value.
There are many action research and research results and papers submitted to the conference for consideration in this forum, which are worth learning and popularizing.
For example, in the action research of "the connotation and function construction of digital library", our colleagues in Suzhou put forward: "The digital library in primary and secondary schools is an information resource management system with digital and networked environment as its basic characteristics, a large number of digital information resources that have been selected, organized and sorted, and intelligent and personalized user service as its center. Simply put, the digital library of primary and secondary schools is a virtual library, an extensible knowledge network system based on the network environment, and a super-large, distributed and easy-to-use knowledge center, which can realize seamless linking and intelligent retrieval across databases. " In other words, this passage explains the idea mentioned by Hou Youwei, director of Nanjing Education Equipment and Work-study Program Office, and solves two problems: Who does the library serve? How to serve?
While affirming many bright spots here, I also want to make a small suggestion. I hope to know more about the international synchronous vision and cutting-edge theories before doing action research in various regions, and strive to make our localized action research have the significance of the times. In this way, it is more helpful to our teachers and students' union.
Delegates, the papers, wonderful theme reports and vivid cases of various cities contributed by this forum have generated many ideological sparks among us, further improved the theoretical level of our teaching equipment work, and really pointed out a new direction for our urban education equipment work.
For example, through the hot topic of "digital campus construction", we deeply feel the pulse of educational modernization, from electronic whiteboard, high-definition recording and broadcasting to cloud computing. Their application in education proves that the development of technology is a powerful driving force to promote the development of education. However, as far as the construction of digital campus is concerned, we are also facing many puzzles. Here I briefly mention four shortcomings: lack of top-level design, lack of model, lack of overall motivation, lack of industrial chain!
How to advance in an orderly manner? The construction of educational informatization is a low-threshold and long-process construction project, which can be said to be a construction process with a beginning and no end. Therefore, it can only be a gradual process.
The important thing is scheme optimization. Three interfaces: basic network, data center and application platform.
