1. Who is the target of rent reduction?
The objects of rent reduction and exemption include: wholly state-owned, state-controlled and state-controlled enterprises at all levels, as well as leased business premises owned by small and medium-sized enterprises (including small and medium-sized enterprises in service industry) and individual industrial and commercial households with property rights of administrative institutions. The exemption from subletting and subletting of house rent should be implemented to the final lessee.

The specific rent-free process is determined by all localities according to documents and actual conditions. 6. Can the leased individual or collective house enjoy the relief policy?
Houses owned by individuals and community collectives are not included in the above rent-free property. Encourage non-state-owned housing rental entities to share the losses caused by the epidemic reasonably on the basis of equal consultation.
7. How to consult the rent reduction policy?
The document stipulates that the departments of housing and urban construction (housing management), development and reform, finance, people's bank, state-owned assets, taxation, market supervision and bank insurance supervision should perform their respective duties and do a good job in the relevant work of this industry.
