The harmonious development between people realizes the harmonious unity between people and nature, and between people and society. The most fundamental thing is to deal with the relationship between good people and establish a just and reasonable social system. We can't imagine that in a society where industrial civilization is highly developed but people's interests are seriously opposed and conflicted, the relationship between man and nature will be in an idyllic harmonious state. To achieve harmonious development between people, the first thing is to establish good interpersonal relationships of mutual respect, understanding, trust and concern. Secondly, we should establish the concept that human resources are the first resource, and respect labor, knowledge, talents and creation. It is necessary to maintain the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people and promote the harmonious development of party-mass relations, class relations and regional relations. Third, to attach importance to and promote people's all-round development, the most fundamental thing is to improve people's comprehensive quality, that is, to improve people's education level, cultural taste, spiritual pursuit and moral cultivation. In a word, the above three things develop harmoniously and are an inseparable whole. People-oriented is the basic principle that runs through three harmonious developments. Only by adhering to the people-oriented principle can we "return the human world and the relationship between people to ourselves" and truly realize the harmonious development of man and nature, man and society and man himself. Adhering to people-oriented is not an abstract and empty slogan, but must be implemented in every move of development and every action of reform.
