Step 2: Run the "services.msc" command to open the service management window, find a service named "HTTPSLL", and make sure it is set to "Automatic" or "Manual".
Step 3: Use firewall software or third-party tools to check whether 443 in the open port of this machine is closed. HTTPS pages need to access each other through this port. If port 443 is closed, please set the port to open or contact the LAN administrator.
So in addition to the firewall, it depends on whether your settings in the first and second steps are the same as above.
