On April 30th, 1948, in order to mobilize people from all walks of life to realize the glorious mission of building a new China, China * * * Production Party issued a slogan to commemorate May 1st Labor Day. The "May 1 slogan" has received enthusiastic response from democratic parties and Democrats without party affiliation. They issued a declaration, talked on the phone, accepted the invitation, and went to the liberated areas to discuss the founding of the People's Republic of China with the China Production Party. This is a landmark event in the development history of China's United front and multi-party cooperation, which indicates that all democratic parties and personages without party affiliation openly and consciously accept the leadership of the Chinese Production Party, and all democratic parties and personages without party affiliation firmly embark on the road of new democracy and socialism, thus turning a new page in the construction of China's democratic politics and party system.
